COVID - 19 has certainly had an impact on our year.  Shelter-in-place, social distancing, etc, etc.  The real estate market has sure been affected.  No more open houses, virtual showings only, curbside closings.  Whew!  It's a lot to take in but don't give up!  These restrictions will start to ease soon - so NOW is the time to get ready to make that move!   Sell, move up, scale down or perhaps your first purchase.
